We're happy to provide free shipping on all orders. After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email which works as a receipt for your purchase. This order confirmation includes your personal order number.
All orders will be processed the business day following the order date. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will be processed the next business day. Customer Service will reach out via email if any item(s) are unavailable.
Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days after the order date (some circumstances may increase this processing time).
After your order is processed and has been shipped, you'll receive an email that includes a tracking number which allows you to track your order.
You can also track your order from the 'Track My Order' page on the website.
***For some orders, the tracking information will be displayed within 5-7 days after your order has shipped.
*Note: Remember to check your spam folder or junk mail should you not find your confirmation email in your inbox.
In some cases, if your order consists of more than one product, the products will be sent separately.

Most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail.

You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
